Playing professionally in Europe, a non-contact moment on artificial pitch changed everything. ACL. Meniscus. Fracture. Blood clot. The kind of injury that ends careers, or at least makes you question everything.

10 weeks on crutches before surgery. 6 weeks on crutches post-surgery. 9+ months before I could return. Every session, every step, every setback in that rehab became the foundation of what I now build for others.

I didn't come back the same. I came back stronger, more confident, and more intentional about every rep. That's what I want for every player I work with.

The Moment
Non-Contact Injury
ACL + meniscus + fracture + blood clot. Artificial pitch. No collision, just the body failing without preparation.

Pre-Surgery on Crutches
10 weeks on crutches before surgery. Managing load, inflammation, and the mental side while waiting for the procedure.
Week 10–16
Post-Surgery on Crutches
6 weeks on crutches after surgery. Upper body maintenance, mindset work, and studying every aspect of athletic rehab.
Month 4–9+
